Not available yet. The database supports share links; the screen for creating one is not built. This page describes the intended behaviour.
Steps
Open the site's settings.
Go to Sharing.
Create a share link.
Choose what the link shows and how far back it reaches.
Copy the URL.
The Sharing panel in site settings with a link created — the URL with a copy button, the section visibility toggles, the range cap, the optional password field, and an expiry date. Light theme, desktop. Capture once the feature ships.
The URL
https://truestat.io/share/kJ8mQ2xW9pL4vN7tThe slug is 16 to 64 random characters. It is the credential — anyone with the link can view the dashboard, with no sign-in.
That means:
Treat it like a password. Anyone you send it to can forward it.
It is not guessable. There is no directory of share links and no way to enumerate them.
It is not indexed by us, but a search engine that finds the URL somewhere else can index it like any other page. Do not put it anywhere public unless public is what you want.
What you can configure
| Setting | Default | What it does |
| Show AI panel | On | The AI visibility card |
| Show geography | On | Map, countries, regions, cities |
| Show technology | On | Browsers, operating systems, devices |
| Show traffic sources | On | Channels, referrers, campaigns, keywords |
| Show pages | On | The Top pages list |
| Maximum range | 90 days | How far back a viewer may look, independent of your plan's retention |
| Password | None | An optional password on top of the link |
| Expiry | None | A date after which the link stops working |
Turn a section off and it is not rendered and not fetched — the data is not sent to the browser at all, so it cannot be recovered from the page source.
The maximum range is independent of your retention. A 90-day cap means a viewer cannot query further back than 90 days even though you have two or three years. Use it when someone should see the current picture rather than your whole history.
Password protection
Adding a password means a viewer needs both the link and the password. Only a hash of the password is stored — we cannot show it back to you, so if you forget it, set a new one.
Use this when the link has to travel through a channel you do not fully trust — a shared inbox, a chat with a wide membership.
Expiry
Set a date and the link stops working after it. Useful for a link that only needs to be live for a review or a board meeting.
Expiry and revocation do the same thing at the end; expiry does it without you having to remember.
One or several
You can create more than one link for a site, each with its own settings — for example a full one for a co-founder and a numbers-only one, with sources and pages hidden, for a public page.
Each is revoked independently.
Before you send it
Read What a viewer can see. Someone about to publish their traffic numbers is entitled to know exactly what they are publishing, field by field, before they click.
